Similar to the #196 ink but with a slower drying time for applications that require the ink to stay moist in a stamp pad longer. #199 Noris rubber stamp ink is suitable for marking on almost all non-porous surfaces such as metal, electronics, plastics, etc.
Dry Time: 60-65 seconds
